Default '00 LX Coupe Rear drum to disc

I'm gonna attempt to convert my rear drums to discs. Any help as to where to go for parts or general comments would be welcome. Thanks.

ask 99aznaccord (his sn) on www.honduh.com, he has done the conversion already, he had a LX 6th gen accord like yourself with drum rears, he even upgraded his front to a genuine real Brembo BBK which cost thousands of dollars
