How frequent should I use Seafoam?

I ask because I recently did the Seafoam procedure on my accord and it reduced some idle problems I had. I want to try it again to see if it can completely solve my problem, but I don’t want to risk the engine.

i'd say u can use it a maximum of once every 50K miles..most ppl i know use it only twice over the live of their car, at 75k and 150K
