the 01's have side airbags, the 98's might not.

i know but the seat reclines & has no support, I need the harness to give power to the switch that moves the chair.

I swapped 01/02 EX V6 leather seats into my 99 LX with cloth. I ran some custom wiring with fuses to power the motors in each seat, and left the side airbags dead without power.

I've since added OEM leather door panels to match...did a DIY at first, didn't turn out great, finally found some door panels:

can you show me how you wired it? The seat has no support.. i don't know if it's because there's no power or if it's just being gay.

What do you mean by "no support"? Are both the driver and passenger seats power? Do the controls look the same as mine? (see pics in that thread I posted). What is coming out of the bottom of the seat? Some pictures would really help.
