maybe a sign of dieing alternator?
whats your idle?
do your lights dim as well? test: stop at a light at night, push power window buttons up, and check if your lights dim.

i wouldnt panic just yet...just maybe? my car does the same thing

it's a standard honda feature.

the wipers slow down at a red light, speed back up when rolling.

I wish i had that feature for mine
the faster u go when is raining then the fast u will need ur wipers to go.

yeah, the faster you go, the more rain you run into, therefore, some designer Guy was like, "The int wiper should go faster as you hit more rain, yo!" and everyone around him was like... "yo, that's a great idea!"

called "speed sensitive wipers..." I didn't even know they had them until i drove my best friends 98 exv6 coupe. not sure if all accords got them though, may have been just the ex or exv6, anyway, hope everyone had a happy holiday

I was more excited a few years ago when I found out the side mirrors on my mom's car were heated. It was thrilling.

Now when I drive my car and there is ice on the mirrors I feel inferior.
