Default wrx bumper on a gen5 accord

i got a bumper off of a wrx for free so i wanted to see if it would fit on my car. heres the pics of how it turned out.

tell me what you think, it took alot of work to get it to fit right. i wasnt going to use it if it didnt fit right. but i got it to fit and line up with the lights and fenders.

i'm pretty impressed that you got it to fit. looks like it fit pretty well, too. did you have to do any cutting, reshaping, bondo-ing, etc?

but honestly, i don't like the way it looks. the design of the bumper doesn't really fit with the sleeker looking 5th gen accord body.

i had to do alot of cutting and shaping but no bondo, if i had to use bondo i would have refused to use the bumper because in maine we have frost heaves and if i clipped one with that bumper it would have flexed and knocked the bondo out. i really like the bumper because it looks like the evo body kits

Kudo's on the work. Maybe it's just because of the black wheels, dirty car, and unpainted, but it just doesn't look good. Keep us posted on what the finished product looks like, and then I'll decide for sure if I like it!

yea it been snowing up here so the sand on the road has made the car dirty and i dont have my 17's on it. i think it will look really good after i paint the whole car

Congats on getting it to fit so well. I think with some paint it could look alright. Are you gonna put the fogs in those big openings?
