Default Transmission problem?

I'm pretty sure that this problem is tranny related but i would still like to know what the pros think here. i have a 94 accord lx with automatic transmission whenever i step on the gas (not floor it), the transmission hesitates to go into the next gear (2nd) almost like a delay of more than second. Then when it shifts to 3rd, the delay is slight more like 2 seconds. to fully describe the feel, its almost like the transmission doesn't want to switch to the next gear and finally when it does, the car is jolted (more like pushed) forward. then when the car passes the 60 mph mark, it runs well. I was thinking either a transmisson swap would help, or maybe switching out the 2 solenoids would do it. im not quite familiar with transmissons so any help would be appreciated.

I think there was a recall but not really a recall lol idk i think is for 94-97

THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FEELS ROUGH OR NOTCHY WHEN YOU PRESS IT.
Consequence: IT MAY FEEL LIKE THE CAR IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY WHEN TRAVELING AT LOW SPEEDS AND ARE REQUIRED TO MOVE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL TO MAKE SLIGHT SPEED ADJUSTMENTS.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE THROTTLE CABLE.
Notes: AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO.,

i replaced the 3-1/2 quarts of tranny fluid like 6 months ago. no filter change though. should i replace the fluid again with the filter or no filter?also when i start the car and then shift from PARK to REVERSE, the car jolts like a b*tch. same thing for REV to D4. maybe the throttle cable to tranny is loose?

honda recommend the tranny fluid to be change every 10k/1yr.
I personally change it every 6months, i drive everyday.
there is no tranny filter n automatic tranny and make sure u use honda ATF ONLY. this yr so far i did a full radiator flush and change the tranny fluid and now the car hardly jolts when it does.

I made the same mistake once and I learn from my mistake righ away. Go to ur honda dealer and get some honda atf, just get enough fluid for 2 change so u can get rid of the crappy mobil stuff u have n there. dont flush, just empty and refill. if for whatever reason u cant do it then u can let anyone else do it as long u bring the honda atf. you will notice the difference right away, is gonna feel smooth since auto dont have filter u should change ur fluid once or twice a yr. I change it at the begining of the winter and the summer and if u havent done a regular tune up n ur car lately then this is the time to do it before the winter hits..

bought 3 quarts of honda atf yesterday and ill be changing that tomorrow. i think im just gonna let the mobil 1 run out as much as i can then refill with 2.5 qts of honda atf. then maybe in 2 or 3 months ill change it again. since today was the coldest day in a while up here in new jersey, looks like winter is on its way and somehow i have a feeling it's gonna be the baddest ever this year. i did a tune up same time i did the mobil 1 atf so im ok on that part. tomorrow ill be changing my oil pan gasket while im gonna be cleaning out the oil pickup tube and screen since the engine runs like sh*t these days. all that damn sludge build up down there. ill also be changing the dist o-ring cuz oil is all over the damn place on the engine and ill be finally doing valves adjustment. so it'll be a long day tomorrow but i wont be doing any more maintenence until spring comes around.
