I say you get the new bumper, why would you cover the good looks of an accord with a black bra, I say you get a fresh bumper with some new paint. IMO, same thing happened to me except the tire was in the middle of the freeway, and by the time I wanted to change lane, another car was on the other side, so basically my car went over, leaving black marks on my car (white 96 coupe), so I had to buff it out, and it worked out fine. Hopefully you get your check. glad to hear that theres one more person alive and not dead. Keep it safe
