How about this retro?
Oh ya... one more question... should I just buy the headlights them selves, which seem to be cheaper on ebay than the projectors them selves, or what? Would I be missing anything that may have been seperated if I buy the headlights? (I found a set of S2K headlights for $300, had projectors, and was in good shape... but the projectors/ballast/bulbs/wiring out of the S2K cost over $600!)

I don't know of any high-beam specific HID projectors. Also, all you would have to do is remove the shield in the projector for a highbeam setup.(Basicly what what a Bi-xenon projector does when highs are switched on)
PunkAssKidThe1s, there is a good bit of wiring needed to hook up the solenoid on a Bi-xenon, so make sure you do your homework!
Also, if you want to learn about HID stuff I suggest hitting up the forums at hidplanet.com
