what are the benifits? are the front seats all-way power? rear seats open 30-70? wood grain in the door panels and rear? Im looking to do Black leather with black interior.

the rear seats are slightly different, as the accord has a full fold down seat and the CL just has a pass-through behind the arm rest. It will fit in place, I am just not sure what else will be needed to support the back of the seat. The front door panels are slightly different, with the "wood" trim.
