I have a lot of issues with my car. I have a 91 honda accord LX. First thing, I have rust on the back of my car right where the wheel wells are. The rust extends from along the wheel well to a little part of the back by the bumper but on the side of the car. Also there is rust under the back bumper and the bumper is screwed on right now because it cant attach to the frame because of the rust. Can someone tell me the best way to remove this rust to get my car back to normal. Also I have a couple little dents around the car. What is the best way to get rid of those. Lastly I have this idle problem. When I start the car and it is in park the idle goes up and down continuously. And it hesitates to go sometimes. What is this problem. Please help me someone and thankyou

 

Well as far as the dents and rust I would take the car to a body shop.
