i got a slippery trany, got to have it replace or rebuilt. anyone know what kind of price i should expect in canadian dollars please?

also if i get it rebuilt, does anyone [who may experience before], if the trany will break down again?

what year and how many miles are on your accord?

Honda extended the warranties for automatic trannys for 00-01 Accords to 100k/7yrs... (you have about 90k) Have you tried going to the dealer?

New trannys are ~4800 and rebuilt ones are about 2400 (ca) from the dealer

you can always get a used one from ebay/junkyards if you wanted to

 

Im praying they extend this with the 02 models too.
