have 3 accords, 88,93,2001(wifes)...dont they always get the newest.....anyway i didnt run the 88 for over a w eek.....wouldnt crank.......put battery on charger.....says dead.....took battery back(only 5 mos old) got new battery.......vehicle cranked but now the battery light stayed on 10 mins then would go on and off (on over 2000 rpms).........the battery light was not on before........only drove car to wk and back......cranked good when i got home....next morning dead as a doornail.....charged battery..........i pulled the neg cable off and put a test light there and on the neg post......lights bright so something is draining my battery as it sits.......also may have alternator problems.....thanks for any help...mack
