Default Problems after Throttle Body Service

I had my throttle body / intake etc. cleaned by Honda. I'm sure I could have saved me a bundle by sea foaming the sucker myself but anways-- Ever since the throttle body service (cleaning), I've been having problems every time I let go of the gas--some days worst than others.

What happens after I let go of the gas is that I feel my car slow down drastically...you can literally feel like someone put the brakes on the engine and that the car is not "rolling" naturally. My RPMS would drop with this sudden slow down. After driting for a while, the RPMS would jump up a bit and then back down but this is when the car returns to normal operation -- ie. it is drifting freely/normally without the sudden slow down and feeling of having the brakes on. Trust me when I say that you can feel it slowing down--the wheels are def not rolling naturally. Hard to describe.

Anyways ..besides taking it back to Honda...any suggestions on what it may be? Odd problem.

taking it back ton honda would be your best bet because they are the ones who screwed it up and are probably the ones that'd know how to fix it. tampering with it would probably give honda more reasons to blow you off.

but hey, if someone has an idea...shoot.

sounds like the throttlebody / egr valve is jammed open.

At red lights, how's your idle? Do you see a drop off?

idle is somewhat normal i suppose. during days when my idle is about 50rpm above the norm, the car drives real crappy and the symptoms I described above are worst but regardless of the idle, the symptoms still happen.
