90 Accord EX, hit deer, roof caved in. Anyone ever replaced a complete roof panel?

check out www.hondaautomotiveparts.com, you can find diagrams of basically any honda on there... as well as OEM parts for less.
Also, i take it you dont want to sell the moonroof? being you havent gotten back to me...

if you have frame damage, you will need to have this worked on by a professional. You can order the needed parts, but that'll be decided after the inital estimate.

Why.. I have aftermarket powered sunroof and I really don't like it..
So in order to install the OEM Moonroof.. I need to replace the roof panel.
