today...i did something stupid
today i tried to jack up my car<i just got that car 1 month.it is 2000 accord>...however i jacked at the wrong position
....and i don't know are those bars important for my car...i also don't know how those bar called.....it just behind the front wheels ...as long as the middle body ....do i need to fix it..how to fix it???will it be rust?
every time when i want to DIY alway get some troubles...i am very upset now..got a sleepless night.can i keep do something DIY ???or go to the LOCAL auto store every time when i want to do something to my car.

I would think that there would be no damage. Just prevent rust with some paint if you scratched the area.
This is RTFM issue. Get some literature and read it before fix something.
Like ND said get some help. One who can show you how to do a basic stuff right. Be careful and think twice before doing something on a car.
As you can see it can be more damage than repair.

Can't do anything. I mean you can't do anything with out alot of work. That is the sub frame. The car is a unibody but they put folds in the metal to give it strength. You just crushed one of them. It probably won't effect the car at all. If you scraped the paint off you may want to get a green scrubby or some light sand paper to scuff it up. You need to put some paint over it or some of that undercoating in a can they sale at auto zone.
