Yup definitely Photoshop. Ther merged the back end of a coupe to a Sedan.
Nice effects though, I wish the Sedan was like that
Edit: Actualy the front end too cause the bumper is from a Coupe.

Nope. That is a real photo of Mercedes-Benz CLS class. The SAME photo is on the Mercedes-Benz site.
