Just wondering if anyone's ever tried refrofitting integra projectors into 6gen accord housings?? I'm using integ projectors because I got them for free from a friend who crashed his car. I'm planning on doing the retrofit, painting the housings black and probably putting some HIDs in. Just wondering if its been done tho..

 

I was actually thinking of doing something similar to that, except it was a different car company... but then again I haven't done it... yet anyway.

 

if youre gonna go for a retrofit... sell the teg projectors, and get real HID projectors

 

yea, teg projectors pretty much suck... They're "OK" for halogen, as they're intended... but with HID they're terrible. Plus half the projectors is part of the internal frame of the headlights... not very easy to work with.

I had a buddy that wanted to buy projectors (the cheap ones online). I ordered True HID lens from HIDplanet.com I am doing a retrofit into OEMs. I will also be doing a Retrofit into TYC's for a buddy of mine. I will post picts of both. Does anyone know if someone has already done that? (Posted the whole process?
