My wife's 1995 Honda Accord EX V-Tec has a very annoying shake at idle. The shaking does go away when the car is moving. I checked the two side motor mounts and they are in good condition. I replaced the front bottom motor mount as the bushing had a crack in it, but this did not make the shaking go away. Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong? Bent valve, broken motor mount elsewhere like a tranny mount? It is so noticeable that passengers in the back seat can also feel the annoying shake.

What's the idle like? Constant or oscillating and at what RPM?

 

The idle is constant. No bouncing up and down. If I bring the idle up to about 1K with the gas, the shaking slightly goes away and doesn't disappear until I begin moving. Otherwise the idle is somewhere around 700.
