Default Sheared Distributor Lugs

98 Accord EX 4 cyl auto, (4-door)

The lugs are sheared off the end of the distributor. Does anyone know how to get the lug off so it can be replaced?

What are you talking about?

The cap? It's held on by 3 screws....how do you shear off the 3 screws?
