Default Did I just waste $400????

(1990 Accord) Okay, Timing belt sheared a few teeth, so, I did what any Honda owner would do with 205,000 miles and fixed it. Checked all valves, all new seals, head gasket, tensioners, belts, all that. So, Now with a perfectly running accord...Oil is leaking out from the tranny side! I didnt even touch that side of the engine...The oil only leaks when the car is turned OFF! It runs fine, I looked all under the car to see if I could see it leak for 10 min. and NOTHING...but when I turned the key off, a small puddle of oil formed and it dripped. I can see that it is concentrated more behind the Passenger side CV-shaft. Is this the rear main seal or WHAT! and why did it go bad without touching it!

Thanks for looking,
Aaron

well, you have to take off the tranny, duh.
mine was leaking but it was the oil pan on that side so it seemed like the rear main seal.
thats weird that it only leaks when it is off though, usually the seal would leak when running?
idk...
