Default 98 Accord Won't Start...Ignition Coil???

Hi everyone. I am new to the site.

My wife's 98 Honda Accord EX 4cyl auto. won't start. It was occasionally not starting before I tried to fix it, now it won't start at all!

I replaced the rotor and dist. cover. The ignition coil looks "beat up", but there is a spark when the ignition is turned on. (The dealer tested it and said it was "out of spec" but might work nonetheless)

Any suggestions or ideas?

I guess I am suspicious of the coil since it looks worn and before I did anything inside the dist. the car would at least start, albeit sometimes reluctantly. I just hate to blow $70 on a new coil and still have the car not starting after already putting $35 in for the cover and rotor...

A bad main relay won't run the fuel pump. Turn key on, don't turn all the way to 'start'. The fuel pump should run for a second, listen for it. It's not very loud, so turn off radio & blowers. Maybe have someone listen under the trunk while you try it.

Also the pump will only make 2 clicks instead of the normal 3. I posted that trick in some other thread.
