I have a 96 Accord sedan. Recently, and very suddenly, I have been hearing a kind of roaring sound coming from the rear of the car. It appears to be specifically near the left rear wheel. My first thought is rear hub, but I wanted to find out if anyone else had suggestions. Thanks!

Drives me nuts that Honda made it so you have to replace the entire wheel hub just to replace the bearings! Instead of paying $10 for a new set of bearings, it is going to cost $70++++ for a new hub. Oh well!
