Will a 7th gen Accord steering wheel fit on my 6th gen Accord and is it possible to hook all the buttons up so they work? Thanks for any help!

 

No, nothing from different generations is interchangeable...

Probably custom mounting hardware. The mounting plates of the 6th and 7th gen are different. 6th gens can take 99-02 CL/TL/MDX wheels, but 03+ Accord/CL/TL/MDX wheels have a different plate. Anything can be done, but I'm talking about easy bolt on stuff.

 

Currently, these are the (known) direct swaps for 6th gen accords...

- 1999-2003 Acura CLS or TLS
- 2001 MDX (ONLY 2001 models)

... as in they use the same bolt pattern and the airbag / steering controls mount up perfectly.

If you want to replace the entire wheel / airbag and create a custom bracket, well then anything is possible
