My 1998 Honda accord's ex automatic transmission is slipping. No signals turn on my dashboard. When I am driving down the freeway the transmission starts to slip and the car won't move until I drop the gear to "D2" and then I can drive it all day long. Then when I turn the car off for a long time it resets and becomes drivable for another short period of time. Can someone please help me and let me know what possible problem my car has or let me know how I can test it and possibly fix the problem?

You don't have a CEL? Sounds like one of the sensors in the tranny to me, but if there's nothing then it means your tranny is dead.
