Short thorw ? ?

Does ne one know where i can get a short throw shifter for my 96 Accord LX. I've looked all over and cant find one.
How hard is it to Install yourself? ??

Thanks for the Link . . I know how to install the shiftknob but does ne one have instructions on how to install the full short throw. . ??
