Default programing ignition keys (accord)

How do I program an ignition key on a 2002 accord? Or is this something the dealer has to do?

I only have one key and need to add another.

Thanks

For 98-02 Accord, look for a dealer which use a key cloning device(T5).
This only works if you have a working key that can be copied, prices
very depending on the dealer(Where I work we charge $24.95).Some
lock smiths might have the cloners, but I have heard some people
have been charged as much as $50 a key, so shop around.
Prices jumps up big time if you have no keys ($80 +?) since they would
have to hook the car up to a PC to program.
