i am not sure on what header to use with a h22a i heard you can use the type SH on and it will bolt right up to where you have do not have to do any cutting or welding please help it came with a JDM manifold and i do not wanna use it i would be willing to trade it to someone if they want

 

and also wire harness it is an ex so what one do i use the motor is OBD1 and my car is OBD2

 

i know someone out there has to know i just need to know what header i need to get
