The problem is that I pressed the button to make the window go down, but half an hour later I tried to make it go up but it wouldn't go up it barely went 15% up and the button would make a scratchy sound when pressing it for too long, any solutions???

 

I forgot to put the year and make (Honda Accord 96 coupe LX)

 

Its your bad power window regulator, costs about 20 bucks and if you have a little experience, you can fix it your self. I had the same problem on my last car.
