So its been pretty hot around here, and my car's A/C isn't working, so i left my windows cracked about 6 inches or so. Well it rained last night and so when i woke up, my car was all wet. Thats fine and dandy, so i dried it and everything. Well when i turn the car on, i hear the turn signal clicking, without the lights going or anything. when i move it up and down to signal a turn, works fine, but when its in 'neutral' it keeps making the noise, at an accelerated pace to the regular. sometimes it stops, and sometimes it keeps going forever.

Any ideas why?
