Default Signal Indicator Question

For 99 Honda Accord, when I turn my left signal indicator it flashes in a regular rate ( every thing ok ) But for my right indicator when I turn it, it flashes in a faster rate. Well, It starts flashing in a regular rate but after 2-3 seconds later it flashes in a more faster rate, possibly twice the rate of the regular flashing rate. I hope you guys understand what I am trying to say. Can anyone help me with this?My dealership said they will charge $70.00 just to find the probable causes and parts and labors are extra. Help me here pls. Thanks.

That's the telltale sign of an almost burned out bulb or other electrical problem in that taillight.

yea, its your bulb for sure, when i replaced my bulbs to aftermarket bulbs it started flashing faster. also the second thing, when you bulbs get old and heat up after activated(usually after a few seconds) they go retarded or something and start flashing faster for some reason.

I'd check your front and back signals as well, having one burned out will cause the other (same side of the car) to blink faster.

Dealerships are ripoffs man, dont go there. Yeah! Just check both your bulbs and replace whichever one is bad.

:wtf: I'd like to hear how it worked out from him, if he'd care to be one of the few noobs who actually posts the results to their problem and says thanks instead of just getting our help then leaving.
