Power steering pump?

Hello,
I have 98 Accord V6 w/ 61k miles. My power steering pump just started making a loud noise when I turn the wheel.
When the car is on, the resivor is like a whirpool. Can this be caused due to a clogged line or a bad pump.

When it happened to my car I replaced a pump and everything went back to normal.

Thank you for the reply. Is it hard to do, or should I have my dealer do it. I know the basics.

It is pretty simple. I'd replace fluid too. Just make sure that you are using OEM honda fluid. You will loose some of fluid anyway so you will have to have it to complete the job.
