Later I learned that my car was also OBD-II compatible although it was a 95 model, so I pulled out its error code. Here are what I got:
P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0306 - Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
P1300 - about.com says "P1300 Random Misfire (Acura) "
It seems that all the codes are related to misfire, but I haven't got the tool to check the spark plugs yet. Anyway, I digged thru the service records and found the spark plugs are only 4 months old...
I just wonder if anyone has any idea about the shaking and the code, and is there any way that these two could be related?
Thanks!
[P13OO]

The scan tool indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1300 or some of PO3O1-PO3O6: Random misfire.

[PO3O1 through PO3O6]

The scan tool indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1300 or some of PO3O1-PO3O6: Random misfire.

Description
Misfire detection is accomplished by monitoring the crankshaft speed with the crankshaft position sensor which is attached to the crankshaft.
If misfiring strong enough to damage the catalyst is detected, the MIL will blink during the time of its occurence, and misfire DTCs will be stored. Then, after misfire has ceased, the MIL will come on.
If misfiring that increases emissions is detected during two consecutive driving cycles, the MIL will come on, and misfire DTCs will be stored.

NOTE: If some of the DTCs listed below are stored at the same time as a misfire DTC, troubleshoot those DTCs first, then troubleshoot the misfire DTC.

PO1O6: MAP sensor
P0171, P0172: Fuel metering
P0401, P1491, P1498: EGR system
PO5O5: Idle Control System
P1361, P1362: TDC sensor
P1381, P1382: CYP sensor
P1508: IAC valve

Possible Cause

    Troubleshooting
By test-driving, determine the conditions during which misfire occurs. Depending on these conditions, test in the order described in the table above.

NOTE: If misfire doesn't recur, some possible causes are fuel that doesn't meet owner's manual spec, lack of fuel, carbon deposits on spark plug, etc.

No, that takes time. The information is all in a Helms manual or on www.alldata.com.

Then why have this posted in the "<< Official HAN Accord FAQ Thread >>>"???

I'd say this thread FAQing stupid and lacks the right info because you're a lazy butt. And it's not just this thread it's the others too:

    7th GEN (https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...&highlight=dtc)
    6th GEN (https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...&highlight=dtc)
    4th GEN (https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...&highlight=dtc)
    Head Gasket Failure (https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...64&postcount=3)

Well everyone, this Forum posts links to useless info.

The links recently died, they were up for a good portion of 2005. The FAQ takes time and effort to construct.

98CoupeV6 was barely thanked for his posts ... now he gets completely hammered for not updating information everyone took for granted. I don't get this.
