Which means it will fit in my 6th gen :rick: I've had my eye on the new Garmin double DIN unit but maybe I should see if I can pick up an Ody one on the cheap. 2nd gen TLs aren't double DIN, right?

 

How much was the Odyssey Navi and how was it hooking it up? I was just going to get a pioneer indash flip out with navi but can't decide.

 

Where did u get the AC control? that is a 5th gen righ. i want that.

yes the 2g TL's are the same double din and can be had for less I picked the odyssey one because I wanted the honda logo and bootup screen the cost was $1k back in 02 when I installed the system ,can be had for alot less now also $200 for a tv tuner /converter.

 

the A/C control unit is a hybrid half 5th gen and 6th gen basically I cut the 6th gen controls and mated it to the 5th gen knobs.

 

very intresting, I'd love to get one and put a TV tuner on it. watch some football, or the news while in traffic.
