Clear my taillights

Wsup guys can anyone plz tell me how i can clear my taillight for my accord 05 the middle part where its kinda clear?? thx guys..

The part you want to make clear is part of the tail lights, so unless someone makes an aftermarket tail light, it's not something you can change.
