Default 1997 Accord SE REar Struts?

Whats Up Everyone
Got a Question. (AND YES I SEARCHED FOR THE ANSWER FIRST I ONLY FOUND INFO FOR A 98, NOT SURE IF ITS THE SAME CONCEPT OR NOT.)

I want to replace the rear struts before I lower it, can I get the in order direcions on how to get the old ones out and the new ones in PLEASE.
This would help out SOOOOO MUCH Thanks.

I'm sure someone can post a DIY or manual pics for your car, but I want to know why you would replace the shocks before you lower...because logically you should just replace them at the same time you install your lowering springs, it's the same amount of work to do just the shocks, or the springs and the shocks. And why just the rear?

What springs and what shocks do you plan on using?
