Default 91 Accord LX Won't Start

I own a 91 Accord LX. The other day I went out to start is and it won't turm over. It will turn and turn effientiantly. I started with the battery, just because it is easiest. No luck there, strong 12 volts. I think it is fuel. So I am leaning towards fuel pump, filter or injectors. Either way I think it is because fuel is not reaching the engine. Looking for suggestions and checks to do to eliminate or conclude any problems.
Thanks,

Got it working. It was the main relay. Quick and cheap fix.
