Default door handle assembly part number?? Please help!

For some reason the hinge on the driver side rear door handle on my 99 Accord broke. So I bought a new one. I take out the old one and get ready to put in the new one and I notice that there is a funky piece missing. The one I bought was an official Honda part, but it didn't have the metal tab on the outside hinge. You can see what I'm talking about in these pictures. The new one is on the left and the old one is the one with the extra part.

I would take it off the old one, but that is the hinge that broke and the part is permenantly attached. It has one of those bolts on it that squash on the other side and keep you from removing it. There is no way to remove it and still be able to use it on the new handle. So I figure there has to be a part number for it out there somewhere. Does anybody know what it is? Worse case scenario is that I figure out how many Honda's share that piece in common and just rape it off another door at a pick-n-pull or something. I put the new handle in so I could take the old one to the dealership and have them figure it out for me if necessary.

That is incredibly helpful. Thanks for that! Any idea where the part I am looking for is at on this page? That is the only one that I can see that might have it, but I'm not finding the part. What do you think it might be called?
