1998 Accord

Can someone help me with identifying the diagnostic code P0405. It is triggering the check engine light. I had previously changed the O2 sensor

My '98 Helm book doesn't even have that code. More specifics about your car? Got a V-6?

Another code list I have says "EGR sensor A circuit low". This sounds like it's unrelated to the O2 sensor to begin with.

There is no P0405 for either the J30 or F23. I'm very confused.
