You mean drop the subframe with the engine and trainy on the subframe?
You likely could but you would need a lift and likely some prior experience. I would rate this a 10 on the skills meter.
And if you have to ask I assume you don't have the helm service manual do you?
It would be quite the job and require the disconnection of many-many wires and maybe the AC system. And certainly the axles.

Accord subframe
You sure can ask, I am going to use the assembly for a trike, the car was given to me and has no title. What I think I will do is saw it just behind the fire wall and then pick it apart. I need to keep it in one piece so I can build the frame.
