Default dead battery.....**UPDATE**

I just finished an h and tranny swap into my car, and i bought a new battery to put in from auto zone. The battery died within 3weeks, so i had it charged again on thursday and it did the same thing. I try to turn it over and all I get is clicking and then no clicking. The lights on the cluster are very weak, and I'm not sure what the problem is, I think it could be either the alternator, the starter or the battery itself, but would anyone know if it could be anything else, and if anyone has had the same problems to lmk what they did to fix everything, thankx.

**UPDATE** - Okay so I went to autozone to get the alternator tested and it failed so I bought a new one, should be here in a few days, and I'll update when I put it in to see if that worked. Thanx for the advice guys......

the starter has nothing to do with the battery dying, so it sounds like the alternator

I agree, it's the alternator. Very easy to change.
