98 Accord Looking to turbo NEED HELP!!!!
hey guys i have a stock accord as of now... i have the money to replace my exaust and headers and put a cold air intake on right now.... you might ask why i am replacing my headers if im only going to have to take them off to put the turbo manifold on, well lol its because my headers are cracked and i need to be able to drive my car around untill i get the turbo..... so heres my plan... tell me if you think i could make it better...
1. Replace headers with DC Sport 4-2-1 ceramic headers *temperary replacement* thats why im going with ceramic cus there cheaper and ill be throwing them out soon anyway
2. High flow cat back exaust, i think i am going to have a custom one made for me, i was thinking 3 inch pipeing but i donno if that diamiter is good what do you think for a turbo??? and then i was going to get a magnaflow 3 inch inlet racing muffler with a 4 inch tip
3. i was thinking about doing a custom turbo... just custom piping 3 inch all the way arround.. Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo, Sparco FMI, HKS Super Seqential BOV, i donno what kinda of waste gate or what size i need or what size is better... and also a FMU i donno which one to get there either... so some help would be great thanks guys...
oh yeah also for the exhaust i was thinking about doing a custom exaust with like 3" pipeing but i donno if that is good or should i go with smaller.... and i need to find a good muffler that has a deep throaty type sound to it... so if you guys could give me some info on that, it would help a lot thanks...

if you want to do it right with fuel management, go with the AEM EMS and get it tuned. everything else sounds like a good start for your plan. If you really want to do it up right I'd recommend upgrading the internals of the F23. get some new rods, and pistons that can handle the added stress of a turbo system. those are usually the first things to go on a turbo'd F23.
