Default f23A5 governor question?

My 01' 4 door won't go past 115 and it pulls pretty hard til fuel cut off! It's starting to make me pretty mad cuz my friend's nissan 200sx(chick car, sounds like a bee with the exhaust) tops out at 125 and I keep losing. Its shameful to lose to that thing cuz I smoke it off the line and on the highway, but he catches up when I top out, and then goes buzzing by me!

Anyway, my question is... Is there any way to remove the fuel cut on the f23a5? Possibly by getting the ECU out of an EX? Any suggestions welcome.

Oh yea, I searched the old posts and nothing real definite on my motor....

I've had my Accord an '00 above 100mph once before but I don't recall the fuel cutout point or reaching it....

No offense but stop this BS, you don't ever need to going 3 digit in an Accord ever, even if you have increased tires and suspension appropriately.

Solution:

1) Move to Germany
2) Go to the individual driver training and pay the $1000 or whatever it is now to obtain a public driver's license
3) Buy a car capable of driving at speeds in the triple digits with excellent reflexes, great grip and great braking incase you need it (AKA, not a 2001 Honda Accord)
4) Go on the autobahn and enjoy.
