Default 2005 Honda Clearance?

Seriously considering getting an Accord. What exactly does this 2005 Clearance entail. Want to hear it from you guys first before I hear it from a salesman. How much can I save? Thanks for your help.

Just like when you ever want to buy a car RESEARCH. go to honda.com. Alot Depends on your location, and a huge factor is you financing decision. You can get a good deal, but you'll need to read small print carefully in your financing agreements. I would highly recomnd Honda if you are not already an owner, and you can def. get some good deals on them now. How much you save would depend on too many factors to give you a solid number.

I am currently doing alot of internet research. I talked my closest Honda dealer so far (100 miles away), and he said they didnt offer any clearance sales. Window sticker prices are as follows for 05 models:

EX Accord, w/ auto, cloth seats, moonroof was $23,175.

LX accord w/ auto was $21,390.

Looking at Edmunds.com average price folks around the country are paying for these are: EX: $20,556
LX: $18,310

You can negotiate the Sticker price with the dealer and you might be able to save a little bit more but you have to have skills in that and your luck as well.

I just bought an 03 EX-V6 Auto, Coupe w Leather, 23K miles, Certified with extended warranty for $17,995 +TTL, they stickered the car $21,995 but I negotiated the price. The only bad thing was the interest rate(7.9%) but I will refinance in 6 months and it will come down.
It might be just my luck but I think thats a very good price for that car.

easiest thing to do is to pick out the car you want, drive it, do all that, then when you get into the closing room before they even start the pricing, tell them that you want to see the invoice. i'd follow them while they get it to make sure it's the right one. do research before you go, see if the price on their invoice is close to what you had before you went (remember to add 515 for destination). i'd start at invoice and work my way up. but personally i'd just say i want it for this (invoice). it's really just that simple
