Check on-line parts places, maybe $40 or $50???
www.manhonda.com usually has all that little stuff but it's not on-line.
www.hondaautomotiveparts.com has nice parts drawings (component='pedals')
I'm sure you know this but I have to say anyway, the switch has continuity when you PRESS the pedal. If you don't push the switch, it wont have continuity. LIke I said, I'm sure you already know this but I just had to say.

ANYWAY... I called my local import parts shop.. and they have it for $25 and some change before tax.. (8% in tucson) ... So I was expecting like $10 as I hadn't check the board yet.. so I called the dealer.. duh.. $55 plus tax... so I called checker and they are "some change" cheaper than the import parts shop.. So I was like "F THAT!" and thought to myself... "It takes 30 seconds to pull that switch out... and there is a TON of Honda's in ALL the junkyards here.." So I got 3 of the switches out of totalled Honda's and Acura's... The best looking one I got was out of an Acura Legend.. like a '93 maybe... plugged it in and works great.. so now I got two extra's incase it burns up again! Totaled cost: Driving to the Junkyard 5 miles away from my Nephew's daycare, 15 minutes in Junkyard, lying to the Junkyard guy and saying I couldn't find the "headlight" I needed. I know it might offend some of you.. but junkyards make 100% profit off parts and I believe "If it fits in my pocket, it's free." I supply them plenty of business and have no problem paying for more serious parts. So there you have it. Brake Light Pedal Switch was bad. Replaced it. Works great. Thanks everyone!
