Default Ceramic Window Tint Film

Spoke with a distibutor and installer about tinting my '05 Accord and they both recommended going with a new type of film that has ceramic in it vs. metal due to XM and Navi systems.

Anyone else had this? Work as good with blocking heat/UV? And just as important, how does it look???

My experience says....metal tint does not impact the performance of the antenna/reception system. I have had several cars with Nav, XM, Sirius systems and no problems. Now an aftermarket install is different, but tint is not the cause. A poor antenna location (like inside the car) will screw up reception. Does it look better, block UV rays, keep the car cooler? I have no idea....
