It is pretty big, dunno why...its larger than the opening going into the intake manifold..

pull the motor out, find another accord, pref. a 2 door with a crappy motor, put this one in it...motor has under 5k miles on rebuild..then strip this one for every sellable part that cant go onto the new accord

Was the car this car lowered and did the driver rear-end a truck? I once saw an accident (low speed collision in traffic) with similar damage b/c the Accord slid right under the truck's bumper. From the looks of it, the Accord didn't get to use its bumper for its intended purpose (i.e.: it's not scratched at all).

Yup.. thats what happens, I did the same thing when i rear ended a new neon. Bumper had scratches from when the neon came back off of it, but it took none of the force. It went all into the hood and headlights.
