Default 00 AV6 45K tuneup checklist?

My friend has a 00 V6 LX that is due for the 45K tuneup. I was basically wondering if anyone has the list for what this involves so he can take it to a 3rd party mechanic instead of being bent over by the honda dealer like he has been previously.

Also if anyone knows a good mechanic in the ATL, Georgia area please let me know too.

Thanks,
Joseph

This is all in the owner's manual or the little booklet that every dealership gives to the customer detailing every maintenance item.

What's Honda Ownerlink? I'll have him see if he still has his owners manual.

No, they don't need a tune up until 105k. Everything before that is lubrication (which I need to get up on), checking things, and oil changes. I gathered he didn't know a whole lot from his first post.

Well it's a bit more than oil changes...I don't have the list in front of me, but there's air filters, pollen filters, tranny fluid, coolant change, change brake fluid, and I wouldn't let your plugs sit there for 100K miles, even if they are platinum (which Accords got in 00). If you have copper, they need to be changed a lot more frequently...around 30K.

Fluids didn't get changed in the newer gen 6 cars until 105mi.
I figure Honda just wanted to gouge on the older models.
