Default Some One Please Help Side Moldings

Ive removed the side molding from my '90 accord but NOW WHAT!! how do i fill the space. Someone told me to just put some more holes in it then bondo it, and i heard somewhere else to weld a piece of sheet metal first then bondo it.............WHATS THE EASIEST, FASTEST, Way "I" can do it. Thanks

I'm sorry to ask this, but why did you take them off anyway?
Have you seen cars like yours have this done?

to properly do it, if there is no indentation in the door and only holes, you would need to weld in those holes, sand, and paint.

there's no easy way to do it, so let a body shop handle it.

possibly fiberglass would be easiest and cheapest.

Ways I've done it (but it's been a long time):

Method 1
1. Weld hole
2. Grind off excess
3. Bondo

Method 2
1. Tap a small ding at hole site
2. Bondo

How ever you do it, you need to have some skills at body work or it will look wavy after you paint. I can't tell you how many vehicles I've seen with good paint but wavy lines from a poor attempt at filling molding holes. If you can feel any waves or dips at all when it's primed, it will be glaringly obvious when it's covered in glossy paint.
