My problem with some of the cheaper LED bulbs is they are
not very bright and if fact way to dim for brake or turn applications.

But if anyone does order, or has try these, can you post your feeling
on them?

i've never heard about anyone having a problem with LED technology unless it was done wrong, the way you are coming off is that LED's suck, they don't.

you know, youre really starting to make yourself look completely ignorant. thats if you havent already. look, LED taillights have been around for quite some time. i remember even 5 years ago personally seeing them for the first time on cadillacs and thought, thats a good idea. and yes, your example of a G35 is one of many cars using LEDs, so its pretty obvious that your argument that LEDs are too short-lived falls way short. your point of halo projectors burning out is a totally different issue, mostly caused because the bulbs/LEDs are burning at higher temps than normal, which is probably the same cause for SilverStars to blow frequently. the guy who made my HID retrofits can also include custom LEDs in the headlamp housings of people who want them, and not once has he ever gotten a complaint out of dozens of customers.

LEDs are going to be ok. theyve been around for a while. people use them even today. and unless youre trying to buy taillights made from a blind guy w/o arms or legs, i wouldnt worry about it.

and to answer the guy who originally posted the first time, LEDs arent bad at all, as long as the ones youre trying to buy arent tacky.

Also looks like Honda will be using them on the 06 Accord 4dr, and
have been using them on the the S2000 since 04.

so far, all you have heard about LED bulbs is that they don't last very long? did you somehow manage to miss all of the replies that completely contradict this? :screwy: i'll give you a few examples, since you seem to not grasp a concept that the rest of the world has already known since the 1960s.

the power light on your monitor is an LED.
the indicator lights on the outside and inside of your computer are LEDs (including power, hard drive, and disc-drive lights).
the display and indicators on your home stereo, vcr, or other electronics equipment is almost definately an LED display.
the clock inside your car (excluding LCD displays) is an LED display.
your car stereo's display and indicator lights are LEDs
if you drive a 7th gen accord, your entire gauge cluster is powered by LEDs.
the indicator lights on your car's stereo and dash are LEDs.
the CHP (california highway patrol) has switched to using LEDs for their emergency lights.

and if you want to take a guess at how many of these products are made in china, it's probably 90-99%.

Chinese products might have a good quality but they are not long lasting. If they were, all Honda will be made in China,
but this not the topic of this post.
i didn't know "good quality" includes "not long lasting" :chuckles:
where are you getting these statistics? this is total :bs: unless you can qualify your statements and numbers.
