ill tell u that it'll be a less pain in the ass to get a manual to begin with.
youd need a new tranny, some interior work (pedals and shifter), new gauge cluster, etc...

i agree with everyone above....but just to humor you:
From what i've heard, at least $10k. Rumor has it that you can use a 1st gen Legend Manual Tranny. Reason is, the 1st gen Acura Legends came with a v6 manual and it can be adapted...course this is all just rumor.
